All equipment is sold "AS IS' without any warranty either expressed or implied. All Sales are final.
No equipment will be released until payment is made in full and funds are confirmed.
Successful bidders will have 72 hours after sale end to submit payment.
Sold Items will need to be removed within 14 days after sale end.
24-hour notice of pickup arrangements are required on all items.
Buyer is responsible for any expenses related to loading and transporting of equipment.
If items are not removed within 14 days of sale end, a $25/day storage fee will be applied.
If items are not removed within 45 days of sale end, and/or other arrangements have not been agreed upon by both parties, the seller will retain ownership and no refund will be given.
Wire transfer payments are required on all sales over $1,000.00 and/or purchased from outside of Arkansas. Wire transfer or check payments are allowed for any sale under $1,000.00.
By bidding on this auction, you agree that if any dispute arises, they shall be adjudicated in Circuit Court in Washington County, Arkansas.
